Managing an annual gala for hundreds of students, alumni, and guests often leads to fragmented communication. Important details like dress codes, schedules, and historical photo galleries are easily lost in group chats or social media feeds.

I built a streamlined web platform that organizes the entire event experience. It features a clear "five movements" timeline, a searchable FAQ section, and a high-resolution gallery archive that allows the community to relive memories from previous editions.
